“In Christ Alone” is a beautiful well-known Christian hymn. This well-known hymn was written by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend in 2001. The song “In Christ Alone” is also known as “In Christ Alone (My Hope Is Found)” and “In Christ Alone (I Stand)”. The theme of the beautiful hymn “In Christ Alone” is the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This popular song has been translated in many languages and has many cover versions. The song became popular first in Ireland and the United Kingdom and then in the United States and then internationally. In 2002, Stuart Townend recorded this song for his own album "Lord of Every Heart”. By 2005, the song “In Christ Alone” had been named “the ninth best-loved hymn of all time” in UK, by a survey of Songs of Prais which is a is a BBC Television religious programme. On 2006, the song “In Christ Alone” reached number one on the UK CCLL charts. In 2015, in a WELS survey, the song was listed among the “Fifty Favorite Hymns”
