For this album, singer Michael English was awarded “Male Vocalist of the Year” and “New Artist of the Year” at the 23rd GMA Dove Award.

In 1984, the song “Mary, Did You Know” had been written by Mark Lowry. The song reached at the 6th position on CCM Magazine's Adult Contemporary Chart. Many singers recorded the song over the years.
